Aurora Aksnes, born June 15 1996 in Stavanger and professionally referred to as Aurora or, sometimes, stylized as AURORA is a Norwegian musician and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves was released through Decca Records Decca Records in May 2015 getting great reviews from music bloggers and the media. Half the World Away, by the Oasis band, was released for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are among the artist's high-profile recordings. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was when she discovered a keyboard in her loft and being intrigued by its sounds.
